Create your own training target. I did created mine by upgrading free standing pull up bar and ceating double end speed bag like figurine and I will never ever regret it, I love it. It does not mattetr how much money you have or dont have, it is all about going for it.

Notice theres alot of resettng in this style of tournament in a real fight there no real reset or restart. Theres actually none but some of moving foot work or moving around could be like a reset but not really.

Look...I knew both these guys and Jim Kelly in the background. Thay ALL should be shamed of themselves. This is nothing but a casual rehearsal during lunch ! Bob Wall. He would sell you a used car with two flats and say it was a Cadillac. Teir 3 black belt who hung out with Chuck Norris and Skipper Mullins. He was the Desk jockey for Chuck's dojo and crash dummy for Joe during the 60's nightclub act years when Joe and Mike Stone and Chuck were all trying to break into movies. They tried Steve McQueen and Robert Culp . They both said go to that chinese guy who knows Blake Edwards and Phil Karson. See if he gives you a shot. That guy was Lee and Lee put them all in a movie called "The Wrecking Crew"' as fight extras. Chuck had one line. That was their shot at movies given their champion background. Lee owed them nothing yet he put them in front of the camera to be noticed and Hollywood wasn't interested. Why ? No charisma from any of them. The camera didn't like any of them. They weren't actors. They didn't emote. Nothing. lee was the opposite. Lee was their boss. They never got over that! None of them. You would think they were grateful. Especially Bob. They weren't. lollipop in one hand. Knife in the other.

Bruce was a known deadly street fighter, even walked and circulated the streets of east Oakland ca in the sixties! Talk about confidence, and courage yikes!! Joe Lewis even said, he never had a real fight in his life!, nor did chuck !

  • @khamariblair4898

I think the majority of those guys back then could fight, most of the conversation here is about comparison and trying to figure out who was the best fighter during that time. Since Bruce Lee didn't participate, and there is no record of him ever winning a tournament, does not mean he couldn't fight. His physical condition and the way he moved, I think that he had skills in order to be able to fight, I'm sure he could hold his own in situations. Things were a lot different back then, and years from now, people will be making comparisons about future fighters going up against today's MMA fighters.

Joe was wack just waiting all the time for an opening never to the first strike because it would make him venerable to he acted like a coward sitting back props to Moore for not being scared and being the first to strike he made this video interesting. Joe is a good fighter but didn't take chances Moore was there to fight that's what you do in a fighting competition, not stand and wait. Props to both are high level fighters

His lake of both legs led him to figure out a great way to keep your body turned to one side and not Squared, helped with less targets in his body and was able to counter with his front leg and kick with power with side kicks. Wonder who else did that????? Oh yeah, fucking Bruce fucking Lee did that. But to this days haters never want to give Bruce credit. But this is about super foot. And super foot deserves respect cause just like Lee he made sure to do ten of thousand of kids on one leg and only use three kicks. Through his handicap he found enlightenment on how to optimize striking.
